WuxingOracle provides AI-generated Chinese astrology readings and related content. All readings are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for entertainment purposes only.

3. Entertainment Purposes Only

IMPORTANT: All astrology readings, reports, and content provided by WuxingOracle are for entertainment purposes only. Our readings:

• Are NOT professional advice (financial, medical, legal, psychological, or otherwise)
• Should NOT be used as a basis for life decisions
• Are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies
• Do NOT guarantee any outcomes or predictions

4. User Accounts

You may create an account using an email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

5. Payments and Refunds

• Paid reports are one-time purchases, processed through our payment partner (Creem).
• All prices are listed in US dollars.
• If you are unsatisfied with a report, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting us.
• Refunds are processed at our sole discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

• The WuxingOracle brand, website design, and code are our intellectual property.
• You may share your personal reading results on social media with attribution.
• You may NOT resell, redistribute, or republish our reports or content commercially.

7. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit the Service.
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free features.
• Use automated tools to scrape or mass-download content.

8. Limitation of Liability

WuxingOracle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are NOT liable for:

• Any decisions made based on our readings.
• The accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, with or without notice, for violation of these terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or binding arbitration.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
