3. How to Request a Refund

• Include the order confirmation or report link so we can locate your purchase.
• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Creem; processing time depends on your payment provider.

4. Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions may be cancelled at any time by contacting us. Access continues until the end of the paid billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused days of a billing period.
